A personalised and corporate gifting store from Gujarat.
The client
Tatva Creative Crafts makes personalised gifts in Valsad and Vapi, Gujarat: bottle sets, stationery, bags and gift sets that can carry a name, initials or a company logo. They sell to individuals and to companies ordering in bulk.
The brief
Two kinds of customer, two ways of buying. Someone buying a single gift wants to choose a product and check out. A company ordering welcome kits for 200 new employees wants to ask for a quote.
The site needed to handle both without confusing either.
What I built
- A shop with categories for bottle sets, stationery, customised bags and gift sets
- Personalisation options for names, initials or logos
- A dedicated Corporate Order page with a quote request form for bulk orders
- Cart, wishlist and customer accounts
- WhatsApp chat, phone and email contact, with support hours shown
- Customer testimonials on the homepage
Giving corporate orders their own front door
Instead of tucking bulk orders into the general contact form, I gave them their own page in the main menu. Companies can see straight away that Tatva handles corporate gifting, and the team receives enquiries with the details they need to send a quote.
The muted gold and black palette suits a premium gifting brand and lets the products stand out.
